Biddulph, Staffordshire.

The August trip to Biddulph was a memorable one!  We had to leave the M6 at Lymm service area as the M6 had been closed.  We travelled across country to Knutsford, Holmes Chapel and Congleton but due to road works and heavy traffic we eventually arrived 2 hours late at Biddulph Grange Country Park.
We decided to take a lunch break and set off together at 1.30 pm. on the short walk of about 4.5 miles, led by Phil Bullen.  The total of 38 ramblers enjoyed the views and the weather was fine.  We returned to Biddulph and Wetherspoons before leaving at 4.30pm.  The journey home was thankfully stress free.
